How do I install RetentionKit?+
Install from the Shopify App Store. After install, you'll be guided through a short onboarding to configure loyalty rules and add the on-site widget.
How long does it take to hear back?+
We reply to all support emails within one business day, usually much faster.
How do I cancel?+
Uninstall RetentionKit from your Shopify admin. Billing stops immediately and your data is deleted within 30 days per our privacy policy.
Can I migrate from another loyalty or reviews app?+
Yes. Email us with a CSV export from your current app and we'll help import your members, points balances, and existing reviews.
Do you offer a free trial on paid plans?+
Yes — the Growth plan includes a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
Is RetentionKit GDPR compliant?+
Yes. We respond to Shopify's customers/redact, customers/data_request, and shop/redact webhooks, and you can request deletion directly at privacy@retentionkit.app.
