Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing RetentionKit on your Shopify store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.

2. The service

RetentionKit provides loyalty, reviews, and referral features for Shopify stores. Features and pricing may change with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your Shopify store credentials secure. You are responsible for the content you publish via RetentionKit, including review-request emails and loyalty program rules.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed via Shopify's recurring application charge. Charges renew every 30 days until you uninstall. Shopify's refund policy applies.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use RetentionKit to send spam, harvest emails outside your customer base, or violate Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

7. Termination

You can uninstall at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend service for breach of these terms with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RetentionKit is registered. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
